Castro helped make dreams come true for aspiring Haverforrd High musician Nick Q by recording a duet with him in the high school’s new TV studio before heading to a gig at World Cafe Live.
The video of “I'm Yours,”a song written by Jason Mraz, will be aired on H-Vision and the district Web site.

“It was awesome. I’m still shaking,” said Q, 17, who has his own band, The Management.
“I thought it would be really cool to play with a famous musician. His story inspires me a lot.”

Sidenote: Jason visited my niece’s high school (he loved the funnel cakes!) yesterday, and she got to shake his hand “Jealous much?” she asked me? Ha! I’ll be seeing him perform in Boston on Thursday, so maybe not so much!

Jason ツアー開始！(mJさん)

　

全米各地をMatt Hiresの前座で回るツアーが始まりました。

以下 Mjさん。

Jason Castro performs “You Can Always Come Home” from his new record, The Love Uncompromised EP at Jack Rabbits in Jacksonville, Fl last night (Jan 20) the first stop of his nationwide tour, opening for Matt Hires.

On stage, he duets with Caitlin Crosby, but the recorded version of the song features Serena Ryder.

The tune is one of my favs on the EP. Check it out. I loves it.

初めて会ったとき、きみは本当にきみにそっくりだと思いました。

その次に会ったときは、とても賢そうで豪華なイケメンになっていました。
まっすぐこちらを見つめる瞳にどきどきしたよ。

American Idol's Jason Castro Marries in Texas

Jason Castro is a married man, according to tweets from guests at his wedding Saturday.

The 22-year-old dreadlocked singer-songwriter, who finished fourth on Season 7 of American Idol, wed girlfriend Mandy Mayhall in his hometown near Dallas.

Earlier this week, the groom-to-be enjoyed a bachelor party complete with bowling, poker and pool, according to his own posts.

The couple confirmed their engagement in November. Castro reportedly proposed on Halloween while the two were dressed as characters from Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

On Jan. 12, Castro will release The Love Uncompromised EP on Atlantic Records, followed by a full-length album in the spring. After spending some time with his new bride, he'll kick off a tour later this month.
